About Capybetty Investigates

Curious about the capybara detective? That’s Capy, my fictional pet, investigative assistant, and occasionally very opinionated colleague. And I’m Betty, a cozy mystery and puzzle enthusiast who loves discovering a good game, enigma or whodunit.

Here, I share my personal voice notes as a short-form podcast, where I talk through the puzzles and games that caught my attention, what I’m enjoying, what’s frustrating me, and whether I think they’re worth your time.

Listen to the Investigations

The Capybetty Investigates Podcast is where I share my informal voice notes as I investigate cozy mystery puzzles and games. Expect short, 5–15 minute episodes about what I’m trying, what I’m discovering, and whether something is worth investigating further. Listen while you’re crafting, commuting, doing chores, or working on a puzzle of your own.

Each episode has a written companion post on Capybetty.com, and occasionally I’ll take a particularly visual puzzle to Capybetty on YouTube for a Solve With Me.

About Me

I’m Betty, the quirky woman behind Capybetty Investigates.

I’m a middle-aged Asian American with a soft spot for cozy mysteries, logic puzzles, podcasts and cute capybaras; which eventually led to the completely reasonable decision to combine them all into one detective-themed corner of the internet!
